Terms and conditions

 

1. Person booking must be 25 years or over and MUST be in the party taking the holiday

2. Deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of booking if 9 weeks or more in advance, if 8 weeks or less full payment MUST be made. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations, unless terminated by the owner

3. A security deposit of £50 is required and will be added to the total cost of the holiday to cover any damages or breakages. Any damages must be reported immediately either by contacting us or the caretakers. This will be refunded to you approximately 2 weeks after your holiday ends, if no damages or breakages are found or reported to us by the caretakers and the caravan is left clean and tidy. Our caretakers reserve the right to enter the accommodation under any circumstances or emergencies

4. Balance and security deposit MUST be paid 8 weeks before your holiday starts

5. Check-in time is 2pm and departure time is 10.00am. If our caretakers/cleaners find you still occupying the caravan after 10.30 am you will be asked to leave, should you ignore this you will lose your security deposit

6. NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed in the caravan, smoking is permitted on the outside decking area. Please discard carefully.

7. NO deep frying of food in the caravan

8. NO single sex groups or multi-couple groups under the ages of 25 are allowed

9. NO bicycles or pushchairs are allowed in the caravan at any time

10. The area surrounding the caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times

11. Clothes are to be dried on the airers provided and at no time are they to be dried over heaters or on an erected clothes line

12. Litter and refuse MUST be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park

13. Ball games are to be played in the designated areas and NOT between the caravans

14. Please remove all dirty footwear before entering the caravan

15. The use of barbeques is NOT permitted

16. Cars must be parked on the tarmac and not the grass areas

17. If 14 days or less notice is given when cancelling your holiday only 50% of the total holiday cost will be reimbursed, if 7 days or less notice is given NO monies will be reimbursed

18. Last minute bookings of 10 working days or less can NOT be accepted unless payment is by bankers cheque or cash. Payment must be received in time for us to send the required key receipt needed for you to obtain keys

19. A MAXIMUM of 4 people are allowed per holiday booking. Any parties found to be exceeding this at any time will be asked to vacate the caravan. No monies will be reimbursed

20. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles whether malicious or accidental during your stay

21. Personal insurance is NOT included in the cost of your holiday and if required remains the responsibility of the occupants
